Vegan Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies


 

Ingredients 

Dry:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon powder
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon soda
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 1⁄4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Wet:

  • 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1⁄4 cup + 1 tablespoon water or coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  2. Combine sugars, coconut oil, and water in stand mixer with paddle until smooth
  3. Slowly add in all of dry and mix just until combined
  4. Scoop into balls and bake on tray with parchment at 350 for 15-20 minutues or until golden brown
