Vegan Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
Dry:
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary
- 1 1⁄4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Wet:
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1⁄4 cup + 1 tablespoon water or coconut milk
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- Combine sugars, coconut oil, and water in stand mixer with paddle until smooth
- Slowly add in all of dry and mix just until combined
- Scoop into balls and bake on tray with parchment at 350 for 15-20 minutues or until golden brown
